You cannot stay in this tavern, you go there only for meals. They serve the famous Eridu delicacy: turtle with ú.lal-plant (the sweet plant from the marshes). Unexpected as the turtle is one of Enki’s companion, but well. Delicious if you don’t mind eating turtles! (See Eridu guidebook, p. 14).
